B - is still a pretty good grade! This is an above-average score, between 80% and 89% C - this is a grade that rests right in the middle. C is anywhere between 70% and 79%
Keeping your “B” average is good as long as you continue to maintain it. Presumably you need a “B” average to graduate and that's what you have. One “B-” grade will put you under the necessary GPA; a grade of “C” or “C+” even more so.
It is possible to get into top grad schools with a B-, but it may be more challenging. Admissions committees at top schools typically look for applicants with a strong academic record, so having a B- may make it harder to stand out among other applicants.
A+, A, A- indicates excellent performance. B+, B, B- indicates good performance. C+, C, C- indicates satisfactory performance. D+, D, D- indicates less than satisfactory performance. F indicates unsatisfactory performance (no credit: always include last date of attendance).
Chances are you were not allowed in to grad school without a B average in your undergrad. B is now the scaffold you are on. Slip lower than that and you no longer belong in grad school. That means a C is a fail, and a B- is a marginal fail.
At most graduate-level institutions, a "B" or higher GPA means the student is in academic good standing. Yet if you read comments online from graduate students discussing grades, they continually equate a "B" with a "C" and a "C" with an "F." It all speaks to the subjective meaning of what grades "really" mean.

Can you get C's in grad school?

It's definitely possible to get in even with a few Bs, but it's certainly harder.

One B won't ruin your GPA if it's weighted. Weighted GPA takes into account on the difficulty of the classes you take.
Most schools allow students to retake failed classes. If you choose this path, it's important that you honestly assess what went wrong the first time to avoid failing again. You can also request a meeting with the professor who taught the first class to ask for advice on improving your performance.

Definitely, and for a few different reasons. If you are going straight into a a PhD program that has an MA attached to it, you often need to maintain a 3.0 at the very least to stay in the PhD program. So often it is thought that a B is basically an F in MA/PhD programs.
Is Masters GPA important?
Although grad school GPA usually does matter, the further you get into your career, the lower priority your GPA becomes. At a certain point, you may not even need to worry much about it beyond meeting the minimum required graduate GPA to stay in your program.
In graduate programs, it's common for a C to be the lowest passing grade. Additional requirements may make it important for you to score above a D to maintain your academic standing, graduate, or qualify for scholarships and financial aid.
How does it work? First, it sums the total credits provided, and turns the individual credits into percentages of the total credits supplied. The weighted grades are then summed to generate an overall weighted grade.
Some will, some won't. The ones likely to care the most are going to ask for a transcript. And the GPA is pretty irrelevant if you have job experience. There are plenty of good companies that won't care about your GPA.
It's true that a Masters is a big step up from an undergraduate degree. With a condensed timetable, less contact time and more focus on self-study, it's very different from what you've done before. But that doesn't mean you can't do it!
